Great carrier for the price
Perfect size, well made, light weight but sturdy and several ways to put your cat in the carrier! The padded bottom is removable and comfortable! The price was right also. I’m happy with it!

Great carrier for kittens and vet visits
I have bought several of these carriers and keep coming back to them because the quality is good and the price is very reasonable. I breed Persian kittens, so I use these to send kittens home with new owners and also for trips to the vet, and they have worked really well for both.They are lightweight but still sturdy enough to feel secure, and they hold up well even with frequent use. The zipper works smoothly and the mesh allows good airflow. For the price, I think these are a great value compared to some more expensive carriers.I also like that they are easy to store when not in use. I added a couple pictures of how I use them with my kittens so others can see the size. I will definitely keep buying these when I need more.

Better for kittens – too small for average sized cat.
This really should be listed as specifically for kittens. I dont see it specified anywhere that is it for small cats; the listing simply says “cat carrier.” I have a cat who is definitely small sized and compact, and this is on the small side to be comfortable even for her. It definitely doesn’t fit my other very normal average-sized cat who weighs about 11 pounds.The material is thinner/flimsier than most carriers, but for the price point that’s expected.

Great for either 1 adult cat or 2 kittens
My husband and I planned to adopt a kitten or two after our senior cat passed, and wanted something easier to transport kittens in than the collapsible crate we had used with the senior cat. This cat/small dog carrier is reasonably priced, accommodates pets up to 15 lbs., and includes zippered windows/exits on the top, side and end. We ended up adopting 2 kitten littermates, approx. 2.5 lbs. each at 3 months old, and they both fit quite nicely in this carrier, and had great views in their new humans’ vehicle on the way home (and on the way to & from a vaccine clinic the following week). Once they’re closer to adult size, we plan to get a 2nd Mr. Pen cat carrier (perhaps in a different color), as we are delighted with how well this one is working out for us. Highly recommended!

I love Mr Pen -Pet Carrier for my cat. It is well ventilated, making him feel free, in a confined space. The capacity allows him to easily move around and not feel threatened by the unknown. We recently purchased not one, but two of these Mr. Pen carriers one in Cobalt Blue and one in Pinkand we are thrilled with them. As a multi-pet household, having reliable, easy-to-manage carriers is essential, and these have far exceeded our expectations for the price.Comfort and ConstructionThe construction is surprisingly high quality for a soft-sided bag. The frame holds its shape well when zipped up, which is crucial for pet security and comfort. The soft, removable liner on the bottom is a huge hit with our cat, Mittens, who settles in immediately. It also makes cleanup after accidents incredibly simple.The mesh panels on the sides and top provide excellent ventilation and visibility. This really helps to keep the pets calm because they can see out and we can check on them easily without opening the bag.Usability and FeaturesThe multiple zippered entry points are fantastic. The top-loading option is great for dropping an uncooperative cat in quickly, and the large side door allows our small dog, Leo, to walk right in. I especially love the end flap that unzips and folds down, creating a little “porch” or resting mat when we are stopped.The straps are comfortable and feel very secure, even with a wiggling pet inside. It should be described as a kitten carrier not a cat. My poor cat who I went to collect from previous owner. I had no choice but to use the carrier and even though she’s only 1-months old and a tiny cat the carrier was way too small. I’d say it’s more for rabbit, guinea pig size. Def not cat.The carrier is well made and the bottom pet blanket is nice it’s just a shame it wasn’t big enough.

I overall liked this and will use again: knocked 2 stars off as I had to hold my cat in it underneath I couldn’t use the handles as not sturdy enough. My cat weights 4.5kg.
