Stopped working the moment I turned on
Product didn’t even work before I could get it started or use it. The motor in it immediately stopped working the first time I turned it on. The nail grinder wouldn’t even move and got stuck. Waste of money do not bother purchasing.

I used this nail grinder today, and I’m very impressed with how well it works. I am a dog breeder, and I used it on multiple dogs of different sizes. The grinder is very quiet and has low vibration, which really made a difference. All of my dogs stayed calm and did not pull their paws back while I trimmed their nails. It’s easy to handle and feels safe to use, even for dogs that are usually nervous during nail trims. This made grooming much less stressful for both my dogs. I would definitely recommend this product to other dog owners and breeders.

Wouldn’t not recommend for bigger pets with thick nails
This thing is very quiet. It doesn’t scare the cat with noise. It does scare him with vibration though and it seems to take quite a while with his little cat nails. I couldn’t imagine using this for a bigger dog. It works well for a small cat though.

Purchased for our neighbors who have a 3 yr old and now a baby kitten. So far they have used it only on yr old, kitten is only 10 weeks, so will in time. Quietly runs, does a very good job. Make sure you use the Correct Tip for you Pet, shows in box.

Not worth it
The first trimmer I got was broken and did not work and the replacement one I received was loud and did not spin without making weird noises or jerky movements. My dogs were terrified and it did not trim the nails. This product is not worth the money.
