The very first time we used these, the handles of both carriers snapped off sending our cats plummeting to the concrete. We literally just weighed our cats at the vet and they’re just above 9lbs, so the “13lbs capacity” is nonsense. Thank god we weren’t on the stairs. Please do not buy these flimsy carriers, and invest in higher quality.

Flimsy Handle but it works!
These are great for the price, the only downside is that the handles are very cheaply made. It is super thin and obviously flimsy. I am worried that they will break but for now these work great.

Assembly difficult
Very difficult to assemble. Holes in plastic were plugged with plastic and needed to be drilled out. Special screwdriver was short and difficult to hang on to. Expected the top and bottom shells to interlock. They kept slipping when trying to add screws and nuts.
