Perfect Precision!
I just used this product on 2 of my dogs: 1 English Bulldog & 1 Pit Bull. I charged the clippers when they arrived (about a week ago) and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked! Cut my trimming time in half, compared to my previous clippers. Easy to use and handle due to its slim design. The clippers aren’t loud and didn’t bother the doggies at all! It didn’t slow down either so I’ll say the battery life is great! Absolutely durable for my dogs paws (English Bulldog has big feet lol). I didn’t expect much but wanted to try this clipper and it’s worth every penny! I cleaned the blade with the handy brush and oil, which was very convenient. I would highly recommend these clippers!

Great trimmer for its price point. It does the job.
I’ve been wanting to clean up my pup’s paw pads and really got this trimmer for its price point. At the time of this review, I got this for around $10-$11. Other trimmers were running $20+ easily.I have a mini Australian shepherd whose pretty well mannered but just doesn’t like having her paws touched for extended periods of time and tolerates it when I wipe her paws after our walks. I tested the razor by putting it my skin with some pressure to make sure it wouldn’t pinch the skin or hurt her before trying.I was able to get a brief trim done within the initial charge the trimmer had out of the box. I do appreciate the little brush they included to dust off the blade (and paws?) when you’re done. I did go into it cautiously at first so as not to startle her and probably wasn’t using enough pressure to really trim some of the deeper fur in her paw pads at first. Once she got comfortable with me slowly adding in more pressure I was able to get a cleaner trim and it was shaving off more easily. For cleaning I wiped with a lightly wet — NOT damp — paper towel and dried off before storing as per the instructions.Overall, can’t really beat it at its price point if you just want something simply done. Definitely not a buy it for life product, but I feel it will serve its purpose for the frequency I plan on using it.

Tackled Samoyed toes like a champ
I have never used any other small paw trimmer, so I have nothing to compare it to besides a full size trimmer, and this was so perfect for my purposes. All the stars!I have two Samoyeds and they went to day camp where unfortunately there was an outdoor sand pit and the webbing between their toes got scraped up, inflamed, and between the two of them they developed 6 cysts. In order to administer their spray-on antibiotic and keep the area clean, I had to trim the hair between their toes as close to the skin as possible. This was impossible with my full-size trimmer; it struggled to cut the fine, dense hair and it was too loud and moved too much for my dogs to let me use it well.So I bought this one after seeing a couple versions of it (I saw an even smaller one used very effectively on bunny feet) and decided that since this is under 1″ it would do the job well without being incredibly slow. Speed was necessary when you consider even my well-trained dogs fight back after a while due to the discomfort of their injuries.This trimmer was surprisingly effective. It does have a plastic backing, which I was not upset by, I’ve used several plastic-backed trimmers and I find them more gentle and effective than metal backed trimmers.It took several passes and breaks, but I was able to shave all the hair between my dogs’ toes and they are well on their way to healing.

The shaver worked twice. Now it will not turn on.
I have used this shaver on my dog’s paws twice…just one paw each time. VERY light use. It now will not work. It’s been charged and does not turn on.

Game Changer for Louie and me!
This is the BEST small clipper I’ve used. I am not a professional groomer, but I have had lessons and so I groom my own dog. One of the hardest tasks has been in those small, delicate areas, such as between paws, eyes, and those pesky hairs that get into his teeth. I used this clipper as soon as it came and voila! no more problems. I can tell grooming sessions are going to be much more enjoyable for both of us. This “finish” work is so important (I call it finish work, even though some of it is done right at the beginning.) So quiet. Louie wasn’t scared. The small blades are remarkable – so easy to get into those hard-to-reach places. I am impressed!

Not recommended for super furry paws
They work fine on light to normal hairy paws but not with heavy furry paws. Using them on my Yorkie was easy; however with the King Charles Cavalier it was a different story. You have to make multiple passes to cut the fur away. If you spend too much time trimming the metal plate behind the plastic teeth gets too hot. I noticed the dog was starting to fidget and pull her paw away when trying to trim between the pads and that is when I discovered how hot the metal had become. I had to stop after trimming two paws even though they weren’t completely trimmed. Next time I would use my normal dog grooming clippers to trim the fur on the pad and only use this unit to trim between the pads.On the good side the clipper is pretty quiet and the dog didn’t mind the noise. The size of clipper is easy to hold and maneuver between the dog’s pad. The charge lasts for a complete trim baring having to stop because of the metal heating up.

Good for the drama queens
Have huskies who are dramatic when people touch their paws. They allow me to use this to trim the long hairs on the paws. There is very little noise. Battery life is long enough to trim all 4 in one go.

Bought the product to trim my dogs paws but it doesn’t work well, I have gone over and over the same area so many times and it struggles to trim the hair, disappointing
