Sucks as almost as good as my wife.
Have to go slow on an Australian shepherd. Give the vacuum that half second to suck up the hair and the trimmer works great. I’ve had walmart bags full of hair when im done with my dogs, and hair everywhere. The vacuum sucks really hard and my pups didnt really notice it. The wire rake with the push out hair release is arguably the best part.

Absolutely lovely, catches all the fur and you can put guards on, at first I didn’t know and accidentally took a chunk off my dogs fur, then I realized that its compatible with a guard 😀 🥲 has three different fan levels to suck in the fur so definitely worth the money if you don’t wanna keep going to the grooms.

Great way to begin grooming your dog at home! Comes with everything you need.
I’m still figuring out how to use this to groom my dog well, but my first several attempts have been good! My dog is scared of the groomer and scared of the sound of the vacuum, but it’s not terribly loud and you can adjust it to high/low settings. It’s wonderful to keep fur from getting all over the place! It’s easy to clean the fur out of the vacuum part. However, I can’t figure out how to use the brush attachment well (it doesn’t seem to do anything) but that is likely user error on my part. Some success is based on your individual dog and how well he/she will sit as you try to groom, which is what I am working on with my dog. I also appreciate that there are variable speeds. For my dog’s thick fur, the high speed works better and cuts through his fur easily. Note that it is rather large/bulky to store, although it does come with a bag that you can keep the accessories in. It’s also great that it comes with multiple clipper sizes so you don’t have to purchase anything – it does seem to come with everything you need to groom your dog. The value is excellent if you are able to practice and get to a point where you don’t need to pay a groomer!

Great grooming aid!
So, I groom my cocker spaniel at home, and have invested in clippers/table/scissors/etc. Over the last several years, the grooming process has gotten easier, but I find that you always find a use for different tools.This kit is nice and compact. The vacuum part is about the size of a 2 slice toaster, and all of the accessories and hose fit into the supplied storage bag neatly. All of the parts seem decent and fit together as they should. I own a few smaller oneisall trimmers I use for smaller areas, and they’ve all worked great and been trouble-free. This kit looks to be on the same level of quality.I put it all together and grabbed the dog to see how well it worked. She wasn’t ready for a full trim, but she does grow hair between the pads of her feet. which I try to keep trimmed as the hair gets dirty from walks and also makes the footing slippery on our hardwood. The clipper is rechargeable and can be used independently of the vacuum. Turning on the vacuum, I was impressed; on the lower speed, it is very quiet and non-alarming for pets. Turning it up from there does make it a bit louder, so I left it on low and turned on the clippers. Those are also fairly quiet, and match the noise level of the vacuum on low. It took the dog a bit to get used to the appearance of the clippers attached to the big hose, but once she did I cleaned up under the paws. Even on the lowest setting, the vacuum easily ucked up all the hair coming from under the paws. The clipper head stayed pretty cool during operation and cut fine, though it’s perhaps a little too large for under paw work (or at least larger than I would like). Still, it worked fine and I cleaned up all 4 paws pretty quickly with no hair flying everywhere or left behind.The clippers seem ok, though I’m not sure how they will hold up with a full haircut. Just fine I would assume, I didn’t notice anything alarming at all. Keep them oiled with a couple drops every few minutes when you’re cutting and I assume they will be just fine. The vacuum worked great with more than enough suction even on low to suck up all the hair being trimmed. I’ll probably continue to use this for between haircut paw touch-ups, and will use it to help clean up when doing a full cut. I do prefer my normal clippers I think, and it might be awkward to use a clippers with a hose attached to the end, but for people that are getting started on home grooming this is a great kit. You can detach the clippers from the hose and use them independently, and just use the vacuum to clean up after.As far as the other accessories, there is a nozzle for better vacuuming and a slicker brush attachment. I’m not sure the slicker is that essential; by their nature, they usually trap loose hair in the bristles anyways, so not sure you need a vacuum on that. The clipper guards fit well enough on the clipper. For the listed price, you get clippers, a vaccum and a brush. With a coupon or discount, this is a pretty solid deal. You can save quite a bit on grooming if you learn to do it yourself at home, and this kit has some basics included and is very quiet in operation (that makes all the difference in getting your pet accustomed to grooming). Nice product!
