Excellent! Lasts long!
If they keep the price point at $40 with free shipping, then I’d say this is the best deal around. We were using Carefresh for the past two years, until they increased their price. This is just as good and so far much cheaper. I’m just afraid because I like it so much, just as with Carefresh, the price will go up. We shall see. For now though, yes, it is just as good as Carefresh and will last you a long time. It is of high quality, dust free, soft, no fumes, holds in odors, and my Flemish Giant rabbit loves it! There is very little mess with this. It stays in the box when he jumps out. I highly recommend.Update: One bag lasted us 3 months for a very large Flemish Giant Rabbit. What a great deal!

Both of my bunnies love it. They were all over it when I was changing out my old bedding. They are free roam bunnies, so I am currently potty training them, so I use it for them to potty on.Has no smell, it’s very fluffy so soft on the toes. Great quality. It’s a brown color, and very easy to clean. I’m very pleased with this.There are a lot of unsafe bedding out there for bunnies, but I highly recommend this! It’s safe, and great!

So happy with this being. I am impressed with this soft, dust free bedding. I clean out the 3 houses Pig has in her cage, (Guine pig by the way) all I have to do is scoop up a little soiled bedding in the back of a couple abodes she has. So easy and replace a handful or less in each. I replace all the cage bedding every 5 or 6 weeks. This bedding is sooo much softer than the popular hand I used to get. It got worse in The dustiness for some reason. Then I tried this, who knew paper could be so soft. I think she likes it more than the old stuff. Well, who can really tell what a rodent is thinking, or would have her review this product! One of these big 178 L packages last a longtime, down to half after 4 weeks and it is a good price for as much as you get in the block. I thought it be hard to handle and get messy to boot, but put the whole package in a big unscented garbage bag before opening and it is very contained, as it can be messy when doing the cage maintenance. I will keep purchasing if they keep up the quality, I do reccomend this bedding. Very absorbent also.

I had guinea pigs as a child and now we just got a couple for my daughter. After trying a few different bedding options, I think we’ve landed on this as the most affordable, yet still best-working option. We tried carefresh as well, and I didn’t notice that it controlled odor any better. I personally find that the odor of the hay overpowers everything else, until about the last day that we clean out the cage completely and replace all the bedding. (We generally make it about a week between complete cage cleanings.) And I have a very sensitive nose…this bedding absorbs well, is soft and comfortable, dust-free, and is well-packed, so I feel like we get a lot in each package. It can be a bit difficult to get it from the package to the cage, but aside from that, we’re happy with the product.

Can’t beat the price!
You really can’t beat this bedding at this price! I did some research on the best small pet bedding and this brand came up many times, so I decided to try it myself. I have 2 guinea pigs cages and a rabbit so we go through quite a bit of pet bedding and the cost definitely adds up. So far I haven’t found 178L at such a low price. So that’s awesome. This bedding does have the initial paper bedding scent when you open the bag (which I’ve personally grown used to) but the scent isn’t super strong and fades quickly. It’s soft and it’s super absorbant which is great because it means I don’t have to clean the cages as often. The best part about it is that it’s not treated with any harsh chemicals or dyes so it’s safe too.

My mom is letting me write a review for Small Pet Select’s Paper Bedding because we guinea pigs know best!It is hard to type with such little paws, but I want to tell you just how much I love my paper bedding from Small Pet Select! It is soft on my bum, and keeps my cage clean. My mom uses it in my “mess area”, and it works like a charm.I have lots of other rodent friends who live with me, and they all use Small Pet Select bedding too. It’s so far a very good bedding , hardly any dust ,price wise it’s ok when you get it over Amazon ( you do save compare to others that offer, the volume of 178 litre is fantastic for the price compare to other brand name paper bedding I used )It’s very soft , smells neuteral and absorbed my guinea pigs Grayson and Tillies pee very good it’s easy to clean away . Ho acquistato questa lettiera per il mio porcellino d’india. Il prodotto rispecchia la descrizione appieno. La confezione è compatta e facile da riporre. La lettiera non si attacca alle zampette ed è soffice. Non si sente alcun odore e questo ne fa per me un ottimo prodotto, in quanto tengo la gabbia in sala. Non contiene polveri e questo è un bene per la salute di occhi e sistema respirativo del mio piccolo.
