Good quality, excellent customer service-just smaller than expected
I didn’t end up using this hutch because it was smaller than what I was looking for, so I’d recommend double-checking the dimensions before purchasing. That said, the hutch itself seems well made, and I really like the thoughtful features such as the insulation, cleaning tray, and wheels for easy movement.What really stood out was the customer service—they were very responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. Even though it wasn’t the right fit for my needs, the overall experience with the seller was positive.This would likely be a good option for someone with limited space or for 1–2 smaller rabbits, especially for indoor use.

Pretty decent but inconvenient to clean
It was alright for a few months but it gradually starts to fall apart. Since I kept a small rabbit in it, she did chew up the wood a bit. And cleaning out the hutch was kinda a hassle since the bottom trey slides out and would jam a lot of the time. But the size of the hutch isn’t too big, so you can still fit it in a room.

The product was a hassle to assemble. They had too many little pieces. It was reasonable priced. The durability of the product is strong and it’s stable enough to have two full grown rabbits residing in the hutch. The stability of the product is up to what I expected. The product is thick and prevents my animals from chewing on the product.

Goof quality but poor design accuracy
The poop stuck in the gap between tray and the fence, which makes it time-consuming to clean. Also the top tray is not aligned well. I hope it has the metal mesh on the top of plastic tray to keep it clean.

I’ve been trying to put this thing together for a week now and none of the screws aren’t long enough, the instructions are annoying.. and I’m overall pretty disappointed. Suggestion, know a handy person who can guide you in the direction of usable hardware.

Poor quality, No fence over the trays
I had really high hopes for this, I was very disappointed. The screws and joints didn’t line up, the wood split, getting the whole thing square was hard. The door clasps didn’t line up either, we had to move the screws so the doors would open and close. There are notes throughout the book where you can call for a replacement if something doesn’t work, thats not a good sign.What i really wanted was wire over the trays so my bunny couldn’t throw its poop anymore, but that isn’t the case. The bunny sits right on top of the trays with it’s mess so it can still kick poop everywhere.The cute little fence on top was impossible to install, the fence itself broke and the wood kept splitting. We decided to glue it on instead.The poop stays on the rails instead of going down in the tray.
